　　自动化立体仓库作为现代化物流中的重要组成部分,是一种多层存放货物的高架仓库系统,主要由多排高层货架、巷道、若干台巷道堆垛机、出入库输送设备、自动控制与管理系统所组成.巷道堆垛机及出入库辅助设备能够在计算机管理下, 自动完成货物的出入库作业、对货物进行自动化管理,实施综合库房管理并与上级管理系统联网,实现管理现代化，是企业实现现代化管理的重要手段.

AS/RS is a major part of modern logistics equipment, which can store materials on multi layers of stack. It consists mainly of a number of stack rows, lanes, lane stack machines, materials in-and-out transporters, automatic control and management systems. Lane stack machines and materials in-and-out transporters can accomplish the job under the control of the computer that controls the material automatically and may be interconnected to an upper level control system, so as to realize the modernization in management. It is an important measure in realization of moderniaedenterprise management.

 


自动化立体仓库的管理系统：
　　自动化立体仓库管理信息系统基于现代计算机信息管理理论和控制理论，结合企业物流信息开发研制而成。对于自动化的库房来说，它是独立的，但对一个企业来说，它又是企业管理信息系统的一个子系统。它不仅对信息流进行管理，也对物流进行管理和控制，集信息流与物流管理于一体，是企业现代化仓储物流和信息流管理的中心。
　　在库管理主要包括管理入出库记录、库存货物情况、货位情况等内容，并按照甲乙双方确认的表格形式，随时打印出各种统计报表，如日报、周报、月报、年报等。
